We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BolBuddy for your own, non-commercial language learning.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break any law.
BolBuddy is a learning aid. Exam-preparation material (such as IELTS, PTE or TEF practice) is for practice only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any official test or certification.
The app, its content, mascot and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your progress data belongs to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
