Delete your BolBuddy account

Delete your account in the app (instant)

1. Open the BolBuddy app.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
3. Tap your account, then tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all cloud data are permanently deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@bolbuddy.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your login (email address and display name) and all cloud-saved learning data: XP, streak, completed lessons, weekly-league entries and preferences. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

Anonymous usage events (not linked to your account, e.g. "a lesson was completed") may be retained for product statistics. Progress stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
